Rosewood Hong Kong—the name alone screams "baller," and then they hit you with the full harbour view while you're trying to eat dim sum. Are they trying to make you go a little bit "siu din"? The dim sum's so exquisite, good thing the service is top-tier; otherwise, it would feel like pure showing off. Dope, I guess.
