西環老字號，排骨即叫即炸，香脆鬆化，塊仲大過你塊面。湯底清淡無味精，食完唔會口渴。雲吞都係亮點，大隻餡料足。唯一係排骨有時肉量偏少，麵質就普普通通。整體嚟講，呢個價錢食到呢個質素，真係冇得輸。

Sai Wan old-timer. Pork chop is fried-to-order, crispy, tender, and bigger than your face. The soup is clear and MSG-free — no thirst afterward. Wontons are also a highlight, big and generously filled. Only downsides: the pork chop meat portion can be thin sometimes, and the noodles are just okay. Overall, for this price, quality like this is unbeatable.
