New dim sum spot in Mong Kok — everything's steamed to order so it hits your table piping hot. You can order har gow and siu mai by the pair, so even solo diners can try multiple items. The crispy shrimp red rice roll and baked BBQ pork bun are the GOATs here, and they actually brew real tea leaves instead of using tea bags. Solid enough that 'world-class dim sum' might not be an exaggeration.
